What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, email, phone, country, enquiry type and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or proposal.
How the form works
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through the third‑party service Web3Forms. They are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared beyond what is needed to reply to you.
Cookies & analytics
We use three kinds of analytics and advertising measurement, and only two of them need your consent.
Always on — no consent required. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures overall traffic (page views, load performance) without cookies, without any script that fingerprints your device, and without storing your IP address. Under the ePrivacy rules this doesn't require consent because nothing is stored on or read from your device.
Only with your consent. If you choose "Accept analytics" in the banner, we additionally set a session identifier in your browser's sessionStorage — it is not a cookie, is never sent to third parties, and is automatically deleted the moment you close the tab. While active, it lets us record, per page you visit: the page path, how long you stayed, your approximate location (country/city — derived from Cloudflare's network-level geolocation, never your IP address itself, which we don't store), your device type, operating system and browser, and how you arrived (search engine, LinkedIn, a direct visit, etc., taken from the referring page). This is pseudonymous — we don't ask for or attach a name, email or any other identifier to it, and we do not use it to try to identify or contact individual visitors. Records are kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Also only with your consent. We run Google Ads to advertise this site. The Google tag (gtag.js) is present on every page, but is set to Google's "Consent Mode" and blocks all advertising cookies by default — it only starts measuring ad performance or showing you a remarketing ad after you choose "Accept analytics." Declining, or choosing "Necessary only," keeps it fully inactive. This is operated by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us directly.
You can accept, decline, or change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google Map; these third parties may log your IP address as part of serving those resources, independently of anything above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have sent us via the contact form. Email the address above and we will respond within 30 days. Analytics data collected with consent is pseudonymous and not linked to your name or contact details; if you'd like a specific record removed, email us the approximate date/time and page of your visit and we will locate and delete it.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Consent-based analytics records are kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
